Home Call (Domicilliary)
Priority Care Services and Housing Ltd provides care to elderly recovering from illness or are diagnosed with “End of Life” that require specialist care. Our staff are trained to provide care that suits your needs. We do an assessment before we take you on board to ensure all your needs are covered. A person-centered care plan will be delivered and we will continue to review this with you to ensure your needs are being met .
Our services are tailored around individual needs & wishes of family members. The time could range from one hour a day, and up to forty hours a week. Our carers are encouraged to adhere to person-centered care and not rush when preparing tasks.

Supported Living
We provide support to those who find it difficult to live in a residential home and also struggle to cope at home. With support you will be able to live independently in the comfort of your home within your community. Staff will not only provide care but also any additional support that is required
Supported living is about whom you want to support your needs and how you would like to be supported. Staff will usually visit the home to provide motivation such as encouragement to get out of bed to go out to college or work and carry out simple tasks such as shopping
