RECRUITMENT 

The Company ensures that it employs high quality staff in order to meet the needs of any client. Our aim is to provide a service for all types of people.

We aim to recruit and retain the most highly qualified and experienced staff for the job and our selection process is therefore very rigorous.  To ensure that we provide quality healthcare, all members of staff must undergo a face to face interview on recruitment to ensure they are able to meet requirements. They have also had their references checked. Each member of staff must undergo a police check (DBS), this is to ensure that a criminal conviction that might be relevant to the position can be identified and assessed in terms of any potential on-going risk.

Those recruited with no previous experience will be offered full training to ensure they are able to provide high quality care. Various hours are available for staff to choose , mornings, afternoon, evenings and weekends, full time and part time. Our pay rates are competitive 

Staff are also subjected to regular supervision, monitoring and undergoing regular training to ensure that they can efficiently deliver the best care.
