Priority Care Services and Housing Ltd is owned by its principal investor and principal operator, who have more than 15 years combined experience in the field of health care. The Responsible Individual has already developed an excellent reputation with many professionals through different roles within the NHS and private institutions and also working with different agencies within West Midlands to provide support.

Priority Care Services and Housing Ltd offers a unique combination of premier home care and community-based social care services to adult service users in the West Midlands area. Customers of our services are individuals and families in need of home care or social care services. We provide person-centred, high quality care  to adults with physical disabilities, elderly, and Domiciliary Care. Priority Care Services and Housing Ltd provide a 24 hour services

The organisation has effective governance, including assurance and auditing systems or processes. These will assess, monitor and drive improvement in the quality and safety of the services provided, including the quality of the experience for people using the service. The systems and processes  assess, monitor and mitigate any risks relating the health, safety and welfare of people using services and others. The organisation continually evaluates and seeks to improve our governance and auditing practice

What is Safeguarding?

Protecting them from maltreatment or things that are bad for their health or development.

 

We Carry out Safeguarding by:

  • Using information we receive (particularly when concerns are raised about abuse, harm or neglect) to look at the risks to people who use care services.

  • Referring concerns to local councils and/or the police for further investigation.
  • Carrying out inspections, where we talk to people who use services to help us identify safeguarding concerns.
  • Publishing our findings on safeguarding in our inspection reports.

  • Taking action if we find that care services don't have suitable arrangements to keep people safe.

  • Working with partners such as the police, local councils, health agencies, other regulators and government departments.

Safeguarding adults includes:

  • Protecting their rights to live in safety, free from abuse and neglect.

  • Working together to prevent the risk of abuse or neglect, and to stop them from happening.

  • Making sure people's well-being is promoted, taking their views, wishes, feelings and beliefs into account.
